Can I mix and match fillings in my box of patties?
Yes, but each box is limited to 2 fillings, in quantities of 3.

Can I buy patties at pickup?
Unfortunately, NYS law restricts us from collecting payments at the pickup location, so we can only distribute patties that have already been paid for. To preorder, visit our preorder page.

Can I buy less than a half dozen?
Currently, we can only sell patties by the half dozen.

Can the patties be made gluten free?
We can not make any gluten free breads or pastries at this time.

How should I store my patties? How long can I keep them?
Patties are best kept frozen if not consumed within 2 days, and can keep in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. If you plan to enjoy them in the next couple days, just keep them in the fridge and reheat them when you’re ready.

How can I reheat my patties?
Bake patties laid flat on a sheet tray in a single layer, in a preheated oven at 350º F for 10-15 minutes or until warm in the middle.

Can I just buy coco bread or hot sauce?
Sure you can! Just fill out the order sheet without any patties selected.

I preordered patties but can’t make it to pickup. What should I do?
Shoot us an email at orders@bigchune.com with your name and order number and we’ll figure out the best way to get your patties to you.

Where are your products made?
We operate out of a ghost kitchen in Brooklyn, NY.
