Can I mix and match fillings in my box of patties?
Yes, but each box is limited to 2 fillings.

Can I buy patties at pickup?
Unfortunately, NYS law restricts us from collecting payments at the pickup location, so we can only distribute patties that have already been paid for. To order, visit our order page.

Can I buy less than a half dozen?
Currently, we can only sell patties by the half dozen.

How much do patties cost?
A half dozen (6) patties is $36, plus tax.

Can the patties be made gluten free?
We can not make any gluten free breads or pastries at this time.

How should I store my patties? How long can I keep them?
If you plan to enjoy them in the next couple days, just keep them in the fridge and reheat them when you’re ready. Otherwise, they can keep in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. .

Can I buy patties frozen?
We avoid selling patties frozen due to complications in storage and packaging, and because we can not ensure the quality of frozen patties in transit. Baked patties can keep in the fridge for quite some time without degrading.

How can I reheat my patties?
Bake patties laid flat on a sheet tray in a single layer, in a preheated oven at 350º F for 10-12 minutes or until warm in the middle. Reheating instructions are also printed on the back of the box you received your patties in.

I preordered patties but can’t make it to pickup. What should I do?
Shoot us an email at linkup@bigchune.co with your name and order number and we’ll figure out the best way to get your patties to you.
